Peer Mentoring Program - Peer Mentor

Academic and pastoral support for 2 semesters of a group of news students (I had around 36 for the first semester).
This involved communication on a regular basis with mentees through both technological and face-to-face media.
Reporting duties were required to a designated Peer Leader on a weekly basis. This experience developed
problem-solving, communication and leadership skills and directly impacted on the academic lives of the new
students.
Land of Talent Program
